Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Iron Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 657 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification.
