Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
