Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Pike Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
