Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Field Community Partners is a nonprofit in Virginia Beach supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
