Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Fern Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
