Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge West Transit Planning Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
