Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pine Community Partners Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
