Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
