Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Iron Medical is a Tulsa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
