Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
