Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
