Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 535 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
