Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cross Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
