Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
