Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
