Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Toledo focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
