Greenridge Harbor Freight Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
