Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Cobalt Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
