Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Summit Maple Medical is a Toledo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
