Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 308 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
