Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
