Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
