Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Tampa presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
