Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
