Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

Nova Forge Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
