Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
