What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
