Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Drift Arts Center is an arts centre in St. Louis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
