Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Facilities looks after properties across the St. Louis region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
