Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
