Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Forge Facilities looks after properties across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
