Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Amber Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 717 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
