Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Vista Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
