Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Quarry Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
