Highbridge Clear Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
