Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen River Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
