Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Pine Staffing is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
