Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
