Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Summit Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
