Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Field Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
