Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Pine Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
