Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Umber Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
