Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Birch Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Seattle with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
