Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
