Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
