Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
