Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

Redstone River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 773 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
