Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
