Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
