Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Holdings is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
